Royal St.Kitts Hotel
Sprawling Resort Property on St.Kitts
In 2020, the Royal St.Kitts redeveloped and redesigned an existing pool complex an added an additional phase to their hotel rooms.
​
The Cove was completed in 2021 and boasts studio, one and two bedroom units in a total of twelve new rooms overlooking the new pool. Two gazebos were built additionally on the pool deck as well.
​
Espo Inc. oversaw and completed all of the construction for this new build.
Marriott Resort St.Kitts
Luxury, High-Volume Resort on St.Kitts
Espo Inc. has been contracted a number of times over the years to work on the Marriott property.

We have completed renovations and reconstruction of rooms, restaurants, and public areas.
​
We also ensure the whole Marriott property is up to Fire Safety Specifications unique to Marriott brand standards.
Four Seasons Nevis
Premier Luxury Resort on Nevis
Espo Inc was contracted by this 189-room Nevis powerhouse to assist in the Phase One renovation of all rooms, lobby, cigar bar, main restaurant & banquet hall in 2019.

This was a massive project that required a great deal of coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. The project was completed to beautiful result.
