Espo Inc. completed the turnkey brand-new luxury homes facing waterfront located on the Royal St.Kitts property.
The villas are all three bedroom units with spacious living and dining rooms and are privately held though operated by the Royal St.Kitts Hotel.
They were completed to specification and timeline quoted by our construction company to thrilling results. The villas are the first of their kind for this hotel.
